Blogging again

Hey all, so it's been a while since i've posted, but that doesn't mean i miss laura any less. I've been busy, but now it's summer and i have way more time to blog about laura.I hope you are all as pumped as i am.

here is a picture from a book that my roommates got for me. Summer means sunflowers and sunflowers always remind me of Laura. She really likes them. I bet she would love one of these outfits too!

NUTRITIONAL YEAST

laura introduced me to nutritional yeast a couple of years ago. it's amazing, and whenever i eat it i'm reminded of laura. i need to buy some because laura gave me this amazing recipe for vegan mac and cheese. i went to trader joes the other day, but they don't sell nutritional yeast :'(

but, i ate some at cafe mac the other day. it was my first time at cafe mac all year! i love cafe mac, and so does laura. i used to bring laura to cafe mac all the time, and one time when i was sick and could only eat liquids, laura made all these creative soups using cafe mac ingredients. i miss her so much!!!

sweater!

so today i am wearing a sweater that laura let me borrow. i've had it for a little over a year now, and i absolutely love it. i didn't bring it with me on study abroad, but i'm so happy to be reunited with it now that i'm back in america. it is a lot colder here so this sweater comes in handy. laura loved this sweater...i love it too, and i love laura.

GERMAN FASHION HOUSE

when i lived in jordan, i lived pretty close to this place called the german fashion house. it was just a tailor-shop, but it reminded me of laura...just like anything related to germany does. laura was a german studies major and she speaks german very well. she taught me how to say ich bin ein doner!
